Experienced planner known for her meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution, Alison has built a reputation as a leader in the event planning industry. She has been styling exquisite weddings since 2011, when she first launched the original AA Decorative Events company and became a dedicated shareholder of the organisation. During that time, she expertly managed her professional commitments while also focusing on the important job of bringing up her family. As the industry evolves and times change, Alison has strategically sold her share in the old business to the one sole director who remains, allowing her to redirect her efforts towards a new venture. Together with her family, they have decided to form a new Family Business that focuses on the essential elements of venue dressing, all while prioritizing the significance of achieving a healthy work-life balance. Alison possesses a keen eye for fashion and current trends, and she consistently stays updated with the latest social media strategies and marketing techniques to enhance her business outreach and client engagement.

Matthew

Talented Stylist who transforms venues into enchanting spaces with his exceptional artistic touch. Matthew is a young professional who is rapidly learning and gaining experience in the dynamic wedding industry. He keeps himself exceptionally busy, dedicating countless hours to his craft, and constantly striving to deliver the unforgettable "WoW" moment when the bride and groom walk down the aisle together. Matthew’s ultimate goal in life is to bring each customer's dreams into reality, always consciously remembering the importance of the customer journey and consistently delivering results that go above and beyond their expectations. He is a skilled coordinator with a natural knack for seamlessly orchestrating all the elements necessary for a perfect event, ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and precision.

Experienced and incredibly talented, Lyndsey has been working alongside Alex for more than a decade, both in his previous business and now as a freelancer for both Alex and Alison. Over the years Lyndsey has honed her skills and contributed significantly to various projects, proving herself to be an invaluable asset to the business. Lyndsey is highly self-motivated and possesses a keen eye for detail, making her exceptional when it comes to dressing the venue to the highest of standards.
